Shipping & Tracking Information

Please be aware we are unable to deliver to hotels, PO boxes, military addresses or addresses in the Channel Islands.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to the carrier website where you will be able to check the location of the parcel.

Standard delivery ships via USPS ground and may take up to 5 days after order is scanned at USPS.

All orders will processed Monday-Friday by 2pm Arizona Time and cannot be adjusted or canceled after this time. Any order placed after 12pm Arizona Time will be shipped next day.

Express shipping is available and times may vary depending on your location.

Returns & Refunds

You can decide to return any product unworn within 30 days of purchase. Based on review of your return we will determine if your item is suitable for a full refund (i.e. if product is damaged, visible wear and tear, etc)

To start your refund or return request please email us at support@saintlifeeyewear.com. Please provide your full name, order number and email used at the time of purchase.

What if my product arrives damaged? If you order arrives damaged please send a photo with your order number to support@saintlifeeyewear.com and you will receive a full refund.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Orders may be canceled or changed same day if change or cancel is received prior to order processing.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday at 2pm. If you order was placed Prior to 2pm all changes must be made by 1:30pm. If you order was placed after 2:30pm you will be able to make changes until 1:30pm the next business day.

What if I received a damaged item?

If you order arrives damaged please send a photo with your order number to support@saintlifeeyewear.com and you will receive a full refund.
